Energy Efficiency Seminar for large users of Refrigeration and Heating
Star Refrigeration will hold a free CPD certified seminar for users of refrigeration and heating on pressing issues affecting large energy users, including the Carbon Reduction Commitment, heat recovery, renewable heating, carbon reduction, the renewable heat incentive and refrigeration maintenance, and will also offer advice on how to tackle the fast approaching phase-down of F-Gases.
The formative morning events featuring presentations from the company's senior experts is aimed at the organisation's management level and will shed light on the current changes and challenges happening within the cooling and heating industry.
The CPD certified events are due to begin in Glasgow on Tuesday 24th September at Snow Factor in Braehead, following on to Leeds on the 25th at the Cedar Court Hotel and will finish up in Reading on the 26th at the Holiday Inn Hotel.
Registration is free of charge through the website www.starrs2013.com, and the event will also include a complimentary lunch and refreshments.
The seminar will focus on a variety of the industry's current concerns, including the correct operation and maintenance of an industrial refrigeration plant, using wasted heat to produce free hot water, and how to reduce the amount of cooling equipment used to lower energy costs as well as carbon footprint. The presentations will be followed by a Q&A to allow attendees to gain further insight into the issues raised, and everyone in attendance will be awarded a CPD diploma.
